Bukannya langsing, malah langsung...

Ingin menurunkan berat badan tanpa harus merasa haus dan lapar? Sudah tahu kan, kalo teh daun jati cina mampu melunturkan lemak di dalam tubuh? Ternyata, tidak sedikit orang yang mengkonsumsinya. Akan tetapi, tidak sedikit pula teh daun jati cina asli yang beredar.
Selain harganya yang tidak terlalu mahal, banyak konsumen yang menggunakan teh daun jati cina sebagai obat pelangsing. Teh daun jati cina selain mempunyai khasiat yang bermanfaat bagi tubuh, teh daun jati cina juga sebagai alternatif menjadi obat pelangsing yang berguna untuk membersihkan usus besar, juga dapat menghilangkan perut buncit.

Para ahli juga mengatakan bahwa teh daun jati cina obat pelangsing herbal yang mana tidak ada resiko atau efek samping untuk pemakai, teh daun jati cina juga dapat menetralisir racun yang masuk ke dalam tubuh. Dan banyak lagi manfaat manfaat dari teh pelangsing herbal yang dijual dalam bentuk teh celup atau teh tubruk.

Akan tetapi, ada sebagian oknum yang memalsukan teh pelangsing ini, dan dijual ke toko toko obat demi mendapatkan keuntungan. Seperti teh daun jati cina bekas pakai yang direndam dengan pewarna tekstil yang mana dapat merugikan konsumen. Selain itu juga dengan mencampur ramuan teh daun jati cina dengan daun senna yang mana ciri ciri daun teh jati cina dengan daun senna hampir mirip dari segi bentuk daunnya.

Untuk para konsumen, agar bisa lebih berhati hati dalam memilih teh herbal untuk pelangsing. Bukan untuk melangsingkan tubuh melainkan yang di dapat adalah penyakit gangguan ginjal, kanker usus dan serangan jantung. Bahaya kan ?!

Tukang Parkir VS Gaji Karyawan

“Di tengah sorotan mengenai dugaan bocornya retribusi parkir, beberapa tukang parkir mengaku berpenghasilan yang cukup layak. Seorang tukang parkir di salah satu pasar di jakarta selatan, mengaku bisa membawa pulang Rp. 100.000-Rp. 150.000/hari. Jumlah itu sudah di potong setoran Rp. 170.000 kepada mandor”.

Menurut saya hal tersebut terjadi karena banyaknya pengendara motor atau pengendara mobil parkir di badan jalan atau di pinggir jalan sehingga menguntungkan tukang parkir. Bila di hitung penghasilan tukang parkir dalam sebulan bisa mencapai Rp. 4.500.000/bulan. Pendapatan tersebut lebih besar dari UMR yang hanya sebesar Rp. 2.200.000/bulan.

“Tukang parkir itu mengakui, pekerjaan yang di geluti sejak 15 tahun itu sulit untuk di katakan resmi atau tidak resmi. Di sebut ilegal tidak tepat sebab ia menggunakan seragam resmi yang di berikan oleh pihak pasar bersama karcis parkir. Namun, di katakan resmi juga tidak, lantaran dirinya tidak menerima gaji bulanan layaknya pekerja dari Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD)”.

Untuk itu menurut saya solusi untuk memecahkan masalah ini adalah dengan cara Pemerintah membuat lahan parkir yang resmi. Sehingga, tidak ada lagi pengendara mobil atau pengendara motor tidak parkir di badan jalan atau pinggir jalan
